JOINT VENTURE AUDIT
Act as client representative on Joint Venture Audit assignments, in a lead or participant role. We can provide complete audit teams or individual auditors depending on client needs.
OVERHEAD/ LOGISTICS OR MULTIVENTURE AUDIT
Perform audit of Operators Cost basis and allocation methods used for Overhead and Logistic rates, either directly by representing our client on Multiventure Audits or indirectly as part of the Joint Venture Audit Scope.
INCOMING AUDIT PREPARATION
We assist you in preparing for an incoming audit. In cooperation with your staff, we will evaluate and risk assess the audit scope in relation to JOA, relevant agreements and industry guidelines/ practices.
TRANSACTION DATA ANALYSIS
Transaction data analysis and scope evaluation including risk assessment/ focus area recommendation. Our analysis can be used in preparing for an audit or as an independent evaluation of an asset (non-audit related).
CONTRACT / VENDOR REVIEW
Contract/ Vendor Review to ensure parties are in compliance with and adhering to the terms and conditions as stipulated in an agreement.
